What do you do? We are a veteran-owned family business offering boutique service in residential sales and property management across Sydney. We also offer a Justice of the Peace service.

Which parts of Bayside do you service? We have clients all over Bayside, from Kogarah to Hillsdale and beyond. Being an independent agency means we are not limited in where we can offer our services. Our agency is based in Botany so if you are in the area pop in and say hi!

What sets you apart from other agents? We come from unique backgrounds. Before real estate, Craig was in the military and Shelley was a primary school teacher. Together we decided to make the change to real estate later in life and eventually open our own agency. The industry can sometimes get a bad wrap and we wanted to show people that you can have a great experience worth bragging about. Our clients deal exclusively with the business owners and we know your property from top to bottom. At the end of the day it is our name on the front door and we will do whatever it takes to ensure our reputation is second to none.

Do you have a favourite restaurant or cafe? Our favourite restaurant is without question Capanno Trattoria. Our favourite cafe has to be Banksia Street Cafe — since we first moved to the area five years ago, Tina, Armando and the boys have been so supportive of our business.
