Local health and wellness provider Movement 101 has relocated to a new, purpose-built facility on Botany Road.
The clinic has moved from its previous location to 1362 Botany Road, Botany NSW 2019, situated near the Sir Joseph Banks Hotel. The transition took place in early November.
The expanded premises now house the practice's existing physiotherapy and women's health services, while adding several new facilities and programs to its offerings.
The new location features a dedicated reformer Pilates studio and hosts specialised strength and rehabilitation classes targeting specific demographics, including programs for mothers with infants, individuals with osteoporosis, women experiencing menopause, and teenagers.
Additionally, the facility offers gymnastic strength training programs designed for young athletes.
Movement 101 has operated in the Botany area for several years. The relocation represents an expansion of the clinic's service capacity and available space.
