The Beacon team is small, but we endeavour to make the most of our resources.

We’ll aim to cover anything from breaking news to in-depth investigations involving major issues in the Bayside area.

If you have any news tips, local events, or story ideas, we'd love for you to pass them along. We can't run our community newsletter without you!

Here's how to get your story ideas and events to us.

• Reply to our Bayside Beacon newsletters, which we send out each Tuesday and Thursday

• Reply to our Bayside Beacon newsletters, which we send out each Tuesday and Thursday

• Email us at [email protected]

• DM us your photos via Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter

• Tag us in your photos: @baysidebeacon on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter

• When sending in your photos, please include your social media handle and/or how you'd like us to credit you so we can do so accordingly

Events

• When you send us your event info, let us know the following:

  • Who is hosting?

  • What's the event for? (Fundraiser? Festival? Business launch?)

  • The date(s) it'll be happening

  • Any additional links, email addresses, or phone numbers you can share with us (to buy tickets, learn more info, register, etc.)
